Healing is not a competition, it has no destination.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Like most things in life, healing is a journey that will constantly ebb and flow.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The more you implement inner work into your daily routine, the higher your awareness will rise. The better you’ll navigate the trenches and understand how to heal the struggles in your life. Even when the answer doesn’t come to you right away.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Honor your body.
Honor your mind.
Honor where you are in this moment.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Acknowledging that you’re 100% whole and complete while healing will catapult your efforts.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
As will making mistakes and failure your greatest teachers.

~ Don’t we only heal when we’re broken??
Yes and no. We are all “broken” in different ways but whole and complete in the same way (yes, the universe is one huge paradox). ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
My esoteric take is; healing after the brokenness will make us THAT much stronger when we reunite than we ever were. Thus fulfilling the universe’s forever request of expansion.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Acknowledging that you’re 100% whole and complete while healing >>> it’s like clearing clothes out of your closet that no longer make you feel great. You normally don’t start with the attitude that your entire house is sh*t because you have a few outdated items in your closet. Your home is your sacred space, as is your body, mind, soul. We cannot hate ourselves into healing.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
We must love and transmute outdated energies to make room for new energy that better serves us.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
>> We heal to make more room for growth, and sometimes growth can mean just BEING. It’s up to you to decide which feels more expansive vs contractive in the present moment.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I hope this made sense to you.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I’m off to heal some old, outdated fears now ✌️
