HEAL YOUR PAST

The WHY:
Healing raises our vibration. It allows us to step into our full power and reconnect with our higher selves. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
We are all born perfect. Although we’re an intelligently designed system, we pick up subconscious programs along the way that need to be debugged. Some have kept us alive this whole time, but some have held us back in error.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It’s up to us to heal ourselves and forgive the past in order to live out our fullest expression.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
THE HOW:
In order to heal, we first need to identify our triggers, limiting beliefs, blocks, etc. Anything that prevents us from living in our fullest expression.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Next, we need to find the earliest memory associated with this particular trigger. Or, if no memory comes to mind, identify the feeling(s) associated.

The best part is facilitating healing. There are many modalities, my favorite ones being:
