Adverse patterns in our lives will continue to show up again and again until we heal them.

What exactly does this mean? It means you’ll likely be shown the same or a similar lesson until you release it from your past.

One of the best methods of releasing and healing is through awareness. But it takes a little more than identifying the issue.

We must break down the adverse pattern or habit into simpler parts to find the root. Take anxiety, for example. This can often be broken down into fear of the future, or fear of the unknown, which can further be traced to the root cause – a lack of trust. Ask yourself, what caused you to lose trust in yourself, others, or the universe when you were younger?

If the question doesn’t strike a nerve or feel right, then your issue needs to be broken down in a different way. Easy enough?

Then, healing modalities like EFT, meditation, coaching, and creative expression, for example, can be used to release the pattern much easier.
