These are the Reiki principles originally created by Dr. Mikao Usui, respectfully with my own twist on them.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀
The first two original Reiki principles are “I will not worry”, and “I will not be angry”.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The subconscious mind does not perceive of the word “not”. Which is the reason we say, “I am calm” as an affirmation for calmness rather than, “I’m not angry”.

Anyone can use the principles to embody loving healing energy, regardless of if you’re a Reiki practitioner or not.

Tapping into this unlimited source of energy can help improve all areas of your life, from finances to relationships.

It is best to read the principles in the morning within 30 minutes of waking up, while your subconscious mind is most impressionable. Meditation on them works well also. Not much effort is needed, just a little commitment.
